大蒜生产的主要目的有两个:一是收获蒜头,二是收获蒜薹。近几年,由于蒜薹耐贮存,上市供应时间长,经济价值高,因而,收获蒜薹成了蒜农们的一个主要目的。但有的蒜农由于没有掌握栽培技术,蒜薹产量偏低,每666.7 m~2仅产500 kg左右。笔者经过两年试验认为,只要掌握以下几项关键技术,每666.7 m~2产量可达700 kg以上。一、选用良种选择以收获蒜薹为目的的优良品种,目前,山东以高密四六瓣、安丘白皮、苍山大蒜为首选品种。
The main purpose of garlic production are two: First, harvested garlic, and second, harvested garlic sprouts. In recent years, garlic sprouts have become one of the main purposes of garlic farmers due to the durability of garlic sprouts, long time-to-market and high economic value. However, because some garlic farmers did not have the cultivation techniques, the yield of garlic sprouts was low, only about 500 kg per 666.7 m ~ 2. After two years of experiments, the author believes that as long as the following key technologies are mastered, the output per 666.7 m ~ 2 can reach over 700 kg. First, the selection of varieties to harvest garlic sprouts for the purpose of fine varieties, at present, Shandong to high density 46, Anqiu white, Cangshan garlic as the preferred varieties.
