本文是对《求是》杂志1989年第14期冯宝兴同志的文章《评“企业劳动者集体公有股”》的商榷。作者认为,冯文立论的基础不符合马克思主义的最基本原理劳动价值论和剩余价值论。社会主义公有制的建立,尤其是社会主义全民所有制的建立,是依照马克思的劳动价值论为基础的,而冯文的观点仍然是资本可以创造价值,所以,看上去似乎在维护公有制,实际上否定了公有制的理论基础。作者认为,坚持社会主义公有制经济,就必须坚持马克思主义的劳动创造价值的理论,就必须承认企业创造的利润按马克思所说的作了各项扣除后归企业所有,这是社会主义国家改革的必然选择。
