以满足龙门起重机轨道梁受力验算为前提,通过利用标准贝雷架组合安装成轨道梁,设计支撑立柱的形式及安装位置,明确贝雷架龙门起重机轨道梁的整体设计方案。对贝雷架片间连接、节间连接及钢轨枕安装进行细化,对钢立柱的设计加工、钢立柱与基础的连接、贝雷架轨道梁与钢立柱连接进行详述。从而解决龙门起重机在轨道梁悬空安装的难题,实现快速简便安全安装的设计目的。
