充装液氨、液氯、二氧化硫和液化石油气体的铁路罐车,由于罐内通常具有易燃、易爆、有毒特性,而且这类罐车使用面广、运输量多、流动性大,易出现超量充装,从而导致超压。本文的目的是通过对液化气体铁路罐车在铁路运输环境中的风险分析和评估,以期进一步引起人们对一些容易导致事故的薄弱环节的重视。近几年来,液化气体铁路罐车数量剧增,到1992年已增加到3000多辆,其装运的化学产品大量增加,成份也更加复杂,对铁路运输安全的威胁也随之增加。这类铁路罐车在铁路线上发生事故,每年都有十多起,严重危害着铁路运输生产和人民生命财产的安全。如
