经过20多年的内战和自然灾害,阿富汗已是一片衰败,满目疮痍,但罂粟种植和毒品出口却一直“长生不衰”,不仅成为当地农民维持生计的重要手段,也是塔利班政权的主要经济来源。在美英军事打击下,目前阿富汗局势陷入混乱,罂粟种植又呈现扩大之势。因此,严格控制阿富汗罂粟种植和毒品外流已经成为塔利班政权倒台后国际社会面临的又一巨大挑战。 After more than 20 years of civil war and natural disasters, Afghanistan has been devastated and devastated. However, opium poppy cultivation and drug exports have always enjoyed “immortality.” They have not only become an important means of maintaining livelihoods for local farmers, but have also become the major source of income for the Taliban regime. Therefore, strict control of poppy cultivation and drug outflows in Afghanistan has become another huge challenge that the international community faces after the fall of the Taliban regime.
