Pneumoconiosis is a major consequence of the excessive accumulation of some dusts in the lung tissue, an irreversible lesion of established pulmonary fibrosis. Research on the occurrence and development of pneumoconiosis is of great significance for the early diagnosis, treatment and prevention of pneumoconiosis. To this end, scholars from various countries have put forward many hypotheses and doctrines, but failed to fully elucidate the mechanism of dust-induced pulmonary fibrosis. 1980 Heppleston put forward the idea of silicosis mechanism of fibrosis, the death of pulmonary macrophages in the role of silica dust, the release of a fibrogenic factor (MFF), stimulating fibroblasts and
