为了研究技术革新对于上海市建筑业发展的影响情况,本文选取1999年至2014年上海市建筑业年度数据,基于柯布道格拉斯生产函数模型,同时引入索洛余值法,对于技术革新贡献率进行了实证分析。结果表明,技术进步对于上海市建筑业发展的贡献已日益增长,然而建筑业的经济增长仍然主要依靠资本和劳动力的高投入。最后提出上海市建筑业进一步促进技术的革新以加快产业转型以及经济增长方式转变的建议。
In order to study the impact of technological innovation on the development of Shanghai’s construction industry, this paper selects annual data of construction industry in Shanghai from 1999 to 2014. Based on the Cobb Douglas production function model, Solow residual value method is introduced to make contributions to technological innovation Empirical analysis. The results show that the contribution of technological progress to the development of Shanghai’s construction industry has been growing. However, the economic growth of the construction industry still depends mainly on the high input of capital and labor. At last, it puts forward suggestions on how to further promote technological innovation in Shanghai’s construction industry in order to speed up industrial restructuring and change the mode of economic growth.
