目的了解上海市松江区儿童类流感病例(ILI)中主要的病毒病原谱及其他呼吸道病毒感染的情况,初步分析其流行规律。方法应用实时荧光PCR和多重PCR检测方法进行流感病毒、人呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、人偏肺病毒(MPV)、人腺病毒(Ad V)、人冠状病毒(Co V)、人肠道病毒(HEV)、人博卡病毒(HBo V)、人副流感病毒(PIV)检测。结果在837份门诊患者鼻咽拭子中,流感病毒阳性率为11.35%(95/837),其他呼吸道病毒检出构成比为62.49%(523/837),以HEV、Adv和RSV感染为主。6个月~6岁的年龄段为主要易感发病儿童;1月、8月和12月是流感易暴发时段;7月、10月、12月是其他呼吸道病毒易感染阶段。结论 2015年1月-12月上海市松江区急性呼吸道儿童感染的病毒病原中,季节性H3N2是最常见的流感病毒病原体;HEV、Adv和RSV是其他呼吸道病毒感染的主要病原体。
Objective To understand the prevalence of viral pathogen and other respiratory virus infections in children with influenza in Songjiang District in Shanghai and to analyze the prevalence. Methods Real-time fluorescence PCR and multiplex PCR were used to detect influenza virus, human respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), human metapneumovirus (MPV), human adenovirus (Ad V), human coronavirus (Co V) Virus (HEV), human Boka virus (HBoV) and human parainfluenza virus (PIV). Results Among the 837 outpatients with nasopharyngeal swabs, the positive rate of influenza virus was 11.35% (95/837), and the proportions of other respiratory viruses were 62.49% (523/837). The predominant infections were HEV, Adv and RSV . 6 months to 6 years of age as the main susceptible children; January, August and December is the flu outbreak period; July, October and December are other respiratory virus susceptibility stage. Conclusions Seasonal H3N2 is the most common pathogen of influenza virus in children with acute respiratory tract infection in Songjiang district of Shanghai from January to December 2015. HEV, Adv and RSV are the major pathogens in other respiratory viruses.
