Interview with Executive Vice Dean of Graduate School of Nanjing University, Professor Xu Jun of Cheung Kong Scholar and PhD Supervisor of the Ministry of Education. During the interview, Professor Xu reviewed his experiences as a professor and doctoral tutor, summarized the unique experience of discovering and cultivating doctoral students, and encouraged the master tutors to form their own unique academic appearances.
