目的:探讨Metastin和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达及其相关性。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测10例正常宫颈、15例宫颈CIN、52例宫颈鳞癌组织中Metastin和MMP-9的表达,分析其临床意义及两者之间的相关性。结果:宫颈鳞癌组Metastin阳性表达率(40.38%)明显低于正常宫颈组和宫颈CIN组(分别为90%、73.33%;P<0.05),且Metastin表达缺失与宫颈鳞癌的临床分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与宫颈鳞癌的年龄、组织学分级无关(P>0.05);宫颈鳞癌组和CIN组MMP-9阳性表达率明显高于正常宫颈组。MMP-9蛋白高表达与宫颈癌临床分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与年龄、组织学分级无关(P>0.05);宫颈鳞癌中,Metastin与MMP-9蛋白表达呈显著负相关(r=-0.428,P<0.01)。结论:Metastin、MMP-9可能与宫颈癌的浸润和转移有关,且两者之间可能存在相互作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Metastin and matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) in cervical cancer and their correlation. Methods: The expressions of Metastin and MMP-9 in 10 cases of normal cervix, 15 cases of cervical CIN and 52 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry. The clinical significance and the correlation between them were analyzed. Results: The positive rate of Metastin in cervical squamous cell carcinoma (40.38%) was significantly lower than that in normal cervix and cervical CIN (90%, 73.33%, respectively; P <0.05) Lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), but not with age and histological grade of cervical squamous cell carcinoma (P> 0.05). The positive rate of MMP-9 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and CIN group was significantly higher than that in normal cervix group. The high expression of MMP-9 was correlated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), but not with age and histological grade (P> 0.05). There was a significant negative correlation between the expression of Metastin and MMP-9 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma (r = -0.428, P <0.01). Conclusion: Metastin and MMP-9 may be involved in the invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer, and there may be interactions between them.
