油气生产物联网系统是指利用传感、射频、通讯等技术,对油气水井、计量间、油气站库及相关集输网管等生产对象进行全面感知,实现生产数据自动采集和控制、油气田生产运行监控和管理。本文以新疆油田采油二厂为例,结合油气生产业务需求,设计出涵盖油气举升、产量计量、油气集输、油气水处理、注入措施、生产管理等油田生产全业务流程的物联网应用系统,从而实现油田生产工艺流程的优化,生产管理方式的变革,确保油气生产高效、环保、平稳、安全运行。
