利用鉴定斑茅血缘真实性常用的MSSCIR26、MSSCIR332对引物,对以云南斑茅种为亲本之一的16个组合75个后代材料及其亲本,进行了斑茅血缘真实性的SSR分子标记鉴定。结果表明:05-456(ROC20×斑250)、06-67(德蔗93-88×斑177)、06-75(云滇00-7×斑180)是真杂种,为云南斑茅的利用奠定了良好的种质基础。
The SSR markers were used to identify the authenticity of the germplasm of the germplasm by using MSSCIR26 and MSSCIR332 primers, 75 combinations of 16 progenies and their parents, which were one of the parents of Yunnan mottle. The results showed that 05-456 (ROC20 × spot 250), 06-67 (Takara 93-88 × spot 177) and 06-75 (Yunoda 00-7 × spot 180) were true hybrids, Laid a good germplasm foundation.
