活力碘(聚吡咯酮碘)为聚乙烯吡咯酮与碘的络合物(povidoneiodinc PVPI),是一种广谱高效消毒药,国外于60年代即取代碘酊用于临床。近两年来,我市有些工厂进行了活力碘的研制与应用的研究。本文报道作者对该药的毒性研究。
Volatile iodine (povidone iodine) is a povidone iodine complex (povidone iodine PVPI), which is a broad-spectrum and highly effective disinfectant. It was substituted for iodine in the 1960s in the clinic. In the past two years, some factories in our city have carried out research on the development and application of vitality iodine. This article reports the author’s toxicity study of the drug.
