证监会于2009年10月举行创业板开板仪式,宣布创业板市场正式启动。低门槛、高风险是创业板市场的固有特征,其运作和管理涉及到很多具体的制度安排。我国在创业板制度构建上有较大创新,但仍存在不足之处。本文在探讨我国创业板市场特征的基础上,主要针对创业板市场与主板市场相比有较大创新的几项重要制度进行分析研究,提出了创业板市场制度在我国发展、创新的一些相关性建议。
The SFC held a board opening ceremony in October 2009, announcing the formal launch of the GEM. Low threshold, high risk is the inherent characteristics of the GEM market, its operation and management involves a lot of specific institutional arrangements. China has a lot of innovation in building the GEM system, but there are still some shortcomings. On the basis of discussing the market characteristics of China’s GEM, this paper mainly analyzes and studies several important systems that are more innovative than the market of the main board, and puts forward some correlates of the development and innovation of the system of the GEM Suggest.
