企业生命周期理论认为,企业在其生命周期发展的不同阶段,其内部和外部环境上均存在着较大的差异,所以管理者应当结合企业各个时期不同的内外部环境实施相应的经营管理战略,以提高企业竞争力,确保企业的持续经营。本文结合生命周期理论对煤矿人力资源管理对策进行了简要探讨,以期促进煤矿企业的健康持续成长。
According to the theory of enterprise life cycle, there are big differences between the internal and external environment of enterprises in different stages of their life cycle development. Therefore, managers should implement the corresponding management strategies according to the different internal and external environments of the enterprises, To enhance the competitiveness of enterprises to ensure the continued operation of enterprises. In this paper, the life cycle theory of coal mine human resources management strategies were briefly discussed in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of coal mining enterprises.
