为研究牛珀至宝丹 (主药 :水牛角、羚羊角、郁金、琥珀等 )合鸡卵黄免疫球蛋白抗内毒素休克的作用与机理 ,6 0只SD大鼠均分为 6组 :空白对照组 (A)、模型组 (B)、普通鸡卵黄对照组 (C)、鸡卵黄免疫球蛋白组 (D)、牛珀至宝丹组 (E)、牛珀至宝丹合鸡卵黄免疫球蛋白 (F)。除A组外 ,其余 5组大鼠均以粗制大肠杆菌内毒素制成内毒素休克 ,并应用相应药物 (B组以生理盐水代替 )。观察各组大鼠的血压与淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果 :除A组外 ,其余 5组大鼠的血压均明显下降 ,但三个用药组下降的程度低于其他组。T细胞亚群中 ,CD3 各组间无明显差异 ;B、C组的CD4、CD8低于A组 ,而三个用药组均高于B组 ,并与A组接近 ;E、F组的CD4/CD8比值高于B组 ,并与A组接近。提示 ,调整淋巴细胞亚群含量和比值 ,可能是牛珀至宝丹、鸡卵黄免疫球蛋白抗内毒素休克的作用机理之一 ,同时表明两药间有一定的协同作用
In order to study the effect and mechanism of combination of Niupao and Baodan (main drugs: buffalo horn, antelope horn, turmeric, amber, etc.) and chicken egg yolk immunoglobulin against endotoxin shock, 60 SD rats were divided into 6 groups: blank Control group (A), model group (B), common chicken egg yolk control group (C), chicken yolk immunoglobulin group (D), Niupo to Baodan group (E), Niu Po Zhi Bao Dan chicken yolk immunoglobulin (F). Except for group A, the remaining five groups of rats were endotoxin-shocked by crude E. coli endotoxin, and the corresponding drugs (group B was replaced by saline). The changes in blood pressure and lymphocyte subsets were observed in each group of rats. Results: In addition to group A, the blood pressure of the other five groups decreased significantly, but the degree of decline in the three groups was lower than the other groups. In the T cell subpopulation, there was no significant difference among the CD3 groups; in the B and C groups, the CD4 and CD8 were lower than in the A group, while the three drug groups were higher than the B group and were similar to the A group; the CD4 in the E and F groups. The ratio of /CD8 was higher than that of group B and was close to that of group A. It is suggested that the adjustment of the lymphocyte subsets content and ratio may be one of the mechanisms of action of Niupo to Baodan and chicken egg yolk immunoglobulin against endotoxin shock, and it shows that there is a certain synergy between the two drugs.
