本文进行了阐明POGO机理的分析研究。把N火箭的POGO不稳定性做为一个数字例子进行了研究。其计算结果与POGO振动开始时的飞行记录非常一致。研究发现的特征如下:1.决定POGO发生的主要因素是质量比与阻尼系数;2.在N火箭的情况下,POGO不稳定性主要产生在具有短输送导管的氧化剂-结构的回路上,3.氧化剂泵汽蚀汽泡的频率对POGO的产生起重要作用。本文也分析了装于泵入口处做为抑制POGO装置的蓄压器的效率。
This article has carried on the analysis research that elucidates POGO mechanism. The N-rocket’s POGO instability was studied as a numerical example. The calculated results are in good agreement with the flight records at the beginning of POGO vibration. The characteristics of the study were as follows: 1. The main factors that determine the occurrence of POGO were mass ratio and damping coefficient; 2. In the case of N rocket, POGO instability mainly occurred on the circuit of oxidant-structure with short delivery catheter, 3 The frequency of the cavitating bubble of the oxidant pump plays an important role in the generation of POGO. The paper also analyzed the efficiency of the accumulator installed at the pump inlet as a POGO suppression device.
