目的探究分析创伤骨折患者术前下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响因素和预防护理对策。方法选取2014年4月至2016年5月于我院住院治疗创伤骨折患者62例为研究对象,并展开回顾分析,明确术前下肢深静脉血栓形成的主要因素,采取我院针对性预防护理措施。结果经过治疗后,所有患者的均康复出院,且得到的引起术前下肢深静脉血栓的主要影响因素有患者的年龄、骨折位置和糖尿病、是否采用血栓预防措施等。结论结合创伤骨折患者术前下肢深静脉血栓的形成原因,加强对深静脉血栓的预防,减少患者深静脉血栓的形成概率,保障患者的身体健康。
Objective To investigate and analyze the influencing factors of preoperative lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in patients with traumatic fracture and the preventive nursing measures. Methods From April 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital for treatment of traumatic fracture in 62 cases as the research object and to conduct a retrospective analysis to identify the main factors of preoperative lower extremity deep vein thrombosis to take our hospital targeted preventive care measures . Results After treatment, all patients were recovered and discharged, and the main factors influencing the preoperative lower extremity deep vein thrombosis were the patient’s age, fracture location and diabetes, and the use of thromboprophylaxis. Conclusion Combined with the causes of preoperative lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in patients with traumatic fracture, the prevention of deep venous thrombosis is strengthened, the probability of deep venous thrombosis is reduced, and the health of patients is protected.
