目的:通过对弓形虫检测技术基层推广模式的研究,探讨农村卫生适宜技术推广的推广模式。方法:选取浙江省诸暨市、余杭区、富阳市、长兴县4个地区作为试验推广示范点,分别依社会公益型、技术服务型、技服实体型、纯市场型推广模式进行推广。从推广应用率、受检率、成本核算3个方面进行绩效评估。结果:技服实体型(余杭区)推广应用率达到97.0%,受检率达到38.1%,培训成本和推广成本也为4种模式中最低。结论:技服实体型推广模式在弓形虫检测技术基层推广中的效果最好。
OBJECTIVE: To study the promotion mode of Toxoplasma gondii detection technology at grass-roots level to explore the promotion mode of rural health appropriate technology promotion. Methods: Four pilot areas of Zhuji City, Yuhang District, Fuyang City and Changxing County of Zhejiang Province were chosen as experimental sites for promotion. They were promoted according to the model of social welfare, technical service, technical service and pure market, respectively. From the promotion of application rate, the rate of acceptance, cost accounting three aspects of performance evaluation. Results: The actual rate of technical service type (Yuhang District) reached 97.0% and the acceptance rate reached 38.1%. The training cost and promotion cost were also the lowest among the four modes. Conclusion: The technical promotion model of physical clothing is the best in grass-roots promotion of Toxoplasma gondii detection technology.
