本实验观察了黄芪总黄酮(TFA)在模拟肺癌术中放疗时对机体免疫力的影响,结果表明术中放疗可使淋巴细胞转化率降低、中性粒细胞杀菌活力减弱,TFA对这种辐射所致的免疫系统损伤有一定的保护作用。其作用机理可能与TFA具有抗氧化性及清除自由基作用,使免疫细胞避免脂质过氧化的损伤有关,同时,TFA可能还具有改变免疫细胞能量代谢和促进淋巴细胞分裂的功用。
