在CAE技术进和正交试验的基础上,研究了车用侧墙板冲压成形过程中压边力、摩擦条件、拉深筋三种主要的工艺参数对零件成形质量的影响。采用综合加权评分法分析了最大减薄率和变形不充分性数据,在此基础上进行了工艺参数的多目标优化,研究结果表明工艺参数中摩察系数对侧墙板零件减薄率和变形不充分性的综合影响最为显著,由正交试验得到的优化方案在减小最大减薄率同时兼顾零件变形不充分区域比例较小。
On the basis of CAE technical and orthogonal experiments, the influence of blank holder force, friction condition and drawbead on the forming quality of the parts was studied. Based on this, the multi-objective optimization of the process parameters was carried out. The results show that the friction coefficient of the process parameters has an important effect on the thinning rate and deformation of the side wall panels The comprehensive effect of the inadequacy is the most significant. The optimized scheme obtained by the orthogonal experiment is smaller in the area of reducing the maximum reduction rate and taking into account the insufficient deformation of the part.
