2005年9月20～24日,“中国热处理行业厂长经理会议”在无锡大酒店顺利召开。会上热处理行业协会名誉理事长樊东黎教授代表中国热处理行业协会作了题为“热处理行业十一五发展规划纲要和2020年设想”的主题报告。作为我国未来五年热处理行业发展的指导性文件,报告引起了代表们的广泛关注。为使广大读者对热处理行业“十一五”期间的发展有一个清晰了解,会后本刊记者专门请樊东黎教授对其相关内容进行了解读。
September 2005 20 ~ 24, “China Heat Treatment Industry Manager Meeting” was held successfully in Wuxi Hotel. Professor Fan Dongli, emeritus chairman of the Heat Treatment Industry Association, delivered a keynote speech on behalf of China Heat Treatment Industry Association entitled “Eleventh Five-Year Development Plan for Heat Treatment Industry and Vision 2020”.
