民族文化遗产是人类宝贵的财富,一旦遭到破坏,很难恢复或是再生。对于民族地方的文化资源进行研究和保护,也是一项功在当代、利在千秋的重要事业。本文结合对于恩施土家族苗族自治州的实证调研,并以自治州相关的保护条例为参考,以明确民族文化遗产保护的意义为首要,分析研究对于恩施土家族苗族自治州民族文化遗产进行法律保护过程中存在的问题,并总结提出相应的经验和对策,以期对自治州民族文化遗产的进一步保护能够有所裨益。
National cultural heritage is a precious treasure of humankind, once destroyed, it is difficult to restore or regenerate. Studying and protecting the cultural resources in ethnic areas is also an important undertaking that has a good future and will benefit the future. Based on the empirical research of Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture and the related ordinance of autonomous prefecture, this paper tries to clarify the significance of the protection of national cultural heritage, and analyzes and studies the legal protection of ethnic cultural heritage in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture And summarizes the corresponding experience and countermeasures, with a view to the further protection of the national cultural heritage of autonomous prefectures can benefit.
