文章提出了一种并行工程环境下基于广义设计过程的同步DFC方法,使“面向成本”作为一种哲理贯穿于从产品规划、方案设计直到设计发布的整个广义设计过程,DFC全方位发挥作用与产品设计过程同步递进。该文还探讨了方法实施的四大策略:协同工作的多领域专家系统是DFC问题求解的有效途径;支持产品全设计过程的产品模型是面向成本广义设计的基础;完善准确的成本估算方法是实施DFC的有效手段;以人为本的系统设计思想有利于发挥人的能动作用。
This paper presents a synchronous DFC method based on the generalized design process in parallel engineering environment. As a philosophy, “cost-oriented” runs through the generalized design process from product planning and scheme design to design and release. DFC works in all directions Product design process synchronization progress. The article also discusses the four strategies of method implementation: the multi-domain expert system working collaboratively is an effective way to solve the DFC problem; the product model that supports the full design process of the product is the basis of generalized cost-oriented design; and the accurate and accurate cost estimation method is DFC effective means of implementation; people-oriented system design ideas are conducive to play the role of human initiative.
