目的:建立HPLC同时测定槐角丸中槐角苷、黄芩苷和柚皮苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Dikma DiamonsilTMC18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸梯度洗脱,检测波长254nm。结果:槐角苷、黄芩苷和柚皮苷的线性范围分别为5.940μg/mL~118.8μg/mL(r=0.9997)、5.610μg/mL~112.2μg/mL(r=0.9998)、8.91μg/mL~178.2μg/mL(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率分别为97.0%、100.0%、101.4%,RSD分别为2.2%、2.5%、3.7%(n=9)。结论:所建立的方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于槐角丸中3种活性成分的同时测定,为槐角丸的质量控制提供方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of acarbose, baicalin and naringin in Huaijiao pills by HPLC. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a Dikma Diamonsil TMC18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a gradient of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results: The linear range of sophoridine, baicalin and naringin were 5.940μg / mL ~ 118.8μg / mL (r = 0.9997), 5.610μg / mL ~ 112.2μg / mL mL to 178.2 μg / mL (r = 0.9999). The average recoveries were 97.0%, 100.0% and 101.4%, respectively. The RSDs were 2.2%, 2.5% and 3.7%, respectively. Conclusion: The established method is simple, sensitive and accurate and can be used for the simultaneous determination of three active ingredients in Huaijiao Wan. It provides a method for the quality control of Huaijiao Wan.
