目的探索影响旅客列车媒介生物侵入的主要风险因子。方法采用χ2检验对管辖范围内旅客列车媒介生物资料进行分析,并进行多因素非条件Logistic回归分析筛选出媒介生物侵入的风险因子。结果χ2检验和Logistic回归分析显示,车辆是否空调密闭、是否“四进”列车以及车种、车龄、车辆行驶方向、客车整备所媒介生物状态、车辆检出史、车辆被调查时季节等8个因子有意义,其OR值分别为2.119、10.386、13.162、19.231、3.760、333.3、29.426、7.160。结论研究筛选出的8个风险因子直接与媒介生物侵入旅客列车有关,可作为风险分析的主要参数。
Objective To explore the main risk factors that affect the invasiveness of vector trains in passenger trains. Methods The χ2 test was used to analyze the vector bio-data of passenger trains under the jurisdiction and the risk factors of vector bioinvasion were screened by multivariate non-conditional Logistic regression analysis. Results χ2 test and Logistic regression analysis showed that whether the vehicle was air-conditioned, whether the “four-in” train and the type of vehicle, the age of the vehicle, the driving direction of the vehicle, the medium biological status of the bus curb, the vehicle detection history, 8 factors such as meaningful, the OR values were 2.119,10.386,13.162,19.231,3.760,333.3,29.426,7.160. Conclusion The 8 risk factors screened out by the research are directly related to the invasion of passenger trains by vector organisms and can be used as the main parameters of risk analysis.
