用500个随机引物,对我国主栽的协优杂交稻组合及其双亲进行RAPD分析,发现28个引物能够在供试材料中产生多态性差异,其中,8个引物所产生的11条多态性标记带具有清晰、可靠、易于分辨的特点,适于用作协优杂交稻及其双亲的区别与鉴定。使用引物PLD12能够将协优64与其双亲乃至所有供试材料加以区别,使用引物PWP13,可以将协青早A与协青早B加以区别,结合使用引物PLC11、PLD12和PWP13,则可以将所有供试材料逐一加以区别。
With 500 random primers, we conducted RAPD analysis on the main hybrid combinations of Chinese cabbage and their parents, and found that 28 primers could produce polymorphic differences among the tested materials.
