用西方产权理论来分析中国经济问题 ,必须搞清楚西方产权理论与马克思所有制理论的异同点 ,必须搞清楚产权发挥作用的制度环境以及产权制度变迁与经济组织形式的关系 ,还必须搞清楚产权与管理的关系。运用西方产权理论分析中国问题要考虑其约束条件。产权是效率的基础 ,产权有效运作必须要有相应的宏观条件 (经济体制和政治体制 )和微观条件 (经济组织形式 )及其科学的管理。
To analyze the economic problems of China from the Western theory of property rights, we must make clear the similarities and differences between Western theory of property and Marxist theory of ownership. We must understand the institutional environment in which property rights play a role and the relationship between the institutional change of property rights and the form of economic organization. Relationship management. Use Western Theory of Property Rights to analyze China’s problems to consider its constraints. Property rights are the basis of efficiency. The effective operation of property rights must have corresponding macroscopic conditions (economic system and political system) and micro-conditions (economic organization form) and its scientific management.
