FJ—2810 X荧光分析仪是国营262厂生产的能谱色散型的分析仪器。该仪器精度高,检测到PPM级,全部分析所需时间短,一个试样只需几分钟,适用于多元素含量的快速分析和监测。其基本原理是当原子受X射线照射,K层电子被激发而跃出原子,使K层形成空穴;这样L、M层的电子会进入K层,从而释放能量,这种能量就是X特征射线。不同元素的X特征射线的能量分布各异,因此形成特征峰。根据峰位可以确定元素,根据峰面积可以确定其含量。FJ—2810X荧光分析仪的外形如图1所示。
