免疫传感器是叙述基于单克隆抗体固定在离子选择电极膜上。该生物传感器的电位在室温下在PBS缓冲液中测得。在10 ̄6个菌体/mL时,灵敏度达到20mV,(从10 ̄4~10 ̄8个菌体/mL),并讨论了霍乱免疫传感器的影响因素和今后方向作了简介。
Immunosensors are described based on monoclonal antibodies immobilized on the ion-selective electrode membrane. The biosensor potential was measured in PBS buffer at room temperature. At 10-6 cells / mL, the sensitivity reached 20mV (from 10 ~ 4 ~ 10 ~ 8 cells / mL), and discussed the influencing factors of cholera immune sensor and the future directions.
