目的：观察非洛地平联用巯甲丙脯酸治疗高血压并左心功不全的疗效。方法：选取72例高血压并左心功不全的患者随机分成两组，分别采用非洛地平联用巯甲丙脯酸和硝苯地平联用巯甲丙脯酸进行治疗，观察疗效。结果：两组治疗前后心率变化明显无差异(P>0.05)，血压变化有显著差异(P<0.05)，心功级改变差别特别显著(P<0.01)，左室舒张末期内径(LVD)，左室射血分数(LVEF)及心胸比例明显改善。结论：非洛地平联用巯甲丙脯酸治疗高血压并左心功不全具有良好疗效。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of felodipine combined with captopril in the treatment of hypertension and left ventricular dysfunction. Methods: Seventy-two patients with hypertension and left ventricular dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups. The patients were treated with felodipine combined with captopril and nifedipine in combination with captopril, and the curative effect was observed. Results: There was no significant difference in heart rate between the two groups before and after treatment (P> 0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups in blood pressure (P <0.05), especially in heart function (P <0.01), left ventricular end diastolic diameter Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and cardiothoracic ratio improved significantly. Conclusion: Felodipine combined with captopril in treatment of hypertension and left ventricular dysfunction has a good effect.
