在电镜下观察各型胃癌标本20例,描述了不同类型胃癌细胞的超微结构特点,讨论了部分胃癌细胞表现出的向胃、肠上皮双向分化的趋势及胃癌细胞在分化方向和分化程度方面的变异;初步探讨了胃癌细胞超微结构类型与病理组织学分类的关系。
