信息是反映客观世界中各种事物特征和变化的一种可传递的知识。随着科技的进步,新的信息不断涌现,科研管理对信息的需求与依赖日益加强,信息在科研管理中的地位和作用日趋显著,已成为提高科研管理水平的重要因素。发挥好信息在科研管理中的作用,提高管理水平,是信息工作者与科研管理人员共同面临的课题。
