2007年4月9日,河北省张家口市某预备役团理论学习室里座无虚席,一场以“强素质、话使命、练打赢”为主题的事迹报告会正在热烈举行。“作为一名预备役军官,肩负着重要的使命责任,只有倾注真情固国防,一心一意谋打赢,才能推动部队建设创新发展。”该团副团长李雪荣激动地对官兵说道。近年来,李雪荣以强烈的忧患意识和使命意识,牢记肩头责任,把预任当己任,全心全意为部队建设服务,先后4次被评为优秀预备役军官。2006年7月,他又被总参、总政评为全军预备役部队建设先进个人。
