Jiangyin Dongjie Textile Machinery Special Parts Co. Ltd. is a well-known company involved in specialized production of such textile machinery special parts and accessories as rollers， rings， tape drive pulleys and ring bars. The company passed the ISO9001-2000 quality system certification in 2002.
Founded in June of 1997， the company has gathered and developed a large number of intermediate and senior engineering and technical personnel with a wealth of practical experience and the ability to develop textile machinery parts after nearly a decade of rapid development. Dongjie is equipped with more than advanced manufacturing equipment of 500 sets， fixed assets of over 60 million yuan， employees of more than 500， and professional and technical personnel of over 50. Its roller products including： roller for spun yarn machine of cotton textile， roller for roving machine of cotton textile， roller for spun yarn machine of woolen textile， roller for roving machine of woolen textile， ramie roller， flax machine roller， jute machine roller， roller for textile machine for silk， and machine roller， bars and roll machine roller， comber roller， roller for twisting frame， fancy twisting machine roller and non-standard roller. And the new generation of super high precision none mechanical wave tight roller is equipped the characteristics： bending resistance improves more than 9.1% comparing with common roller； the random two rollers hatched grafting static pulsation 100% is within 0.05mm， it does not need gasket when installing the upper machine； directly operate to connect and screw down， without checking， dynamic pulsation 98% is within 0.02mm， it does not exceed 0.03mm in maximum； roller none mechanical wave rate reaches over 98%， mechanical wave inspection over 98% is flat wave amplitude， it does not exceed 3mm in maximum； all common variety staple silver reaches 2007 USTER@ Statistics 5% level； it does not move for long term usage and the operation is steady with good consistency.
