底排药剂燃烧速率的计算公式准确与否是关系到底排装置内弹道参数计算结果正确性的前提之一.但是,对于影响燃烧速率的一个重要因素,即弹丸的高速旋转对燃烧速率的影响规律问题至今还没有形成完全一致的认识.为了较为直观地反映出这二者之间的相互关系,设计了一台底排装置旋转燃烧中止试验台.该试验台能使处于高速旋转之中的底排装置内的底排药剂的燃烧过程按照一定的指令突然中止.然后通过测量尚未燃尽的底排药剂各个部位的几何尺寸就可以处理出相应部位的燃烧速率.利用该试验台完成了试验研究.根据试验结果建立了考虑弹丸的高速旋转对燃烧速率影响的新燃速计算公式.利用该公式计算出来的底排装置燃气压力时间曲线与实测曲线能够较好地吻合.
The accuracy of the formula for calculating the burning rate at the bottom row is one of the prerequisites for the correctness of the ballistic parameters in the bottom row device. However, there is not yet a complete consensus on the law of the influence of the high-speed projectile rotation on the combustion rate, which is an important factor that affects the combustion rate. In order to more intuitively reflect the interrelationship between the two, a bottom-mounted rotary combustion abatement test bench was designed. The test bench enables the burning of the bottom row of medicament in the bottom row device in a high speed rotation to abruptly stop according to certain instructions. The burning rate of the corresponding site can then be processed by measuring the geometric dimensions of the various parts of the bottom unburnt medicament. Using the test stand to complete the experimental study. Based on the experimental results, a new calculation formula of burning rate considering the influence of projectile rotation at high speed on the burning rate is established. The gas pressure time curve of the bottom row device calculated by the formula can be well matched with the measured curve.
