随着医疗体制的改革,“看病难、看病贵”逐渐成为社会普遍关注的热点,医患矛盾日益紧张。笔者从实际出发,研究探讨B超室医技人员与患者的沟通技术,为营造和谐的医院内人际环境提供明确的方向和目标。
With the reform of the medical system, “difficult to see a doctor, expensive to see a doctor ” has gradually become the focus of public concern, and the contradiction between doctors and patients is increasingly tense. Based on the actual situation, the author studied and explored the communication techniques between B-room medical technicians and patients and provided clear directions and goals for creating a harmonious interpersonal environment in the hospital.
