中华猕猴桃为我国原产的果树,其果实营养丰富,在国际水果市场上享有盛誉。而它是雌雄异株植物,实生苗需四、五年才能开花。因此,如何在早期迅速辨出雌雄,是杂交育种及扩大繁殖急待解决的问题。对于雌雄异株植物在生理生化上的差异,国内外都有不少研究报导,但还未在实践上应用。近来,王在明、王跃华等对中华猕猴桃研究报导了用本乃地试剂快速鉴别雌雄的方法;邓毓华等提出了用过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性作为鉴别指标;
