在当今时代,企业文化建设已越来越受到企业管理者的青睐和重视。作为关系国家能源安全和国民经济命脉的国有重要骨干企业,国家电网公司于2011年提出了建设“五统一”(统一价值理念、统一发展战略、统一企业标准、统一行为规范、统一公司品牌)优秀企业文化的战略任务和工作目标。作为基层供电企业,贯彻落实好“五统一”就要做到知行合一,力促优秀文化在企业落地生根、开花结果。
In today’s era, corporate culture building has been more and more favored by business managers and attention. As a key state-owned backbone enterprise that is related to national energy security and the lifeline of the national economy, State Grid Corporation of China proposed in 2011 “Five Unified Reunification” (Uniform Value Concept, Uniform Development Strategy, Uniform Enterprise Standard, Uniform Code of Conduct, Uniform Corporation Brand ) Outstanding corporate culture strategic tasks and objectives. As a grass-roots power supply enterprise, implementing “Five Unifications” must achieve unity of knowing and doing, and urge outstanding culture to take root and blossom in enterprises.
