介绍了一种用PLC实现对化肥厂造气炉的全面控制方案。该方案不仅用PLC对造气炉的各个操作程序进行控制,而且利用PLC有限的资源以一种区域控制方案对合成的H2/N2进行有效控制。该方案采用了PLC极易实现的逻辑判断和简单的算术运算完成了对具有较大纯延迟的对象实现了有效的自动控制。
Introduced a PLC with a fertilizer plant gas stove comprehensive control program.
