1.Introduction
At present, the residential construction still depends on the traditional construction style and steel, cement, wood still are the three big main material. But there is a big problem, such as the more wet work, the bigger manual labor , the lower work efficiency,noise,dust pollution,the big amount of resource consumption, the higher cost ,which seriously does not match environmental of the green low-carbon and sustainable development. Assembly type bamboo building is a new building and prefabricated bamboo plywood is one of the most important components which formed with bamboo plywood.
2.The development situation
In 2004 Chinese sustainable development strategy report pointed out that only when the two aspects of construction and protection to take into account that bamboo materials building can achieve a better sustainable development[2].Sheng nan (2011) through the analysis of some successful bamboo building and the combination of theory and practice, explores the future development direction of the bamboo materials and put forward countermeasures of development and utilization of bamboo[3].
3.Comparative analysis of prefabricated bamboo plywood with traditional exterior wall
3.1 cost composition
Prefabricated bamboo plywood wall and the traditional block wall is an important part of residential buildings, two of the construction cost includes direct cost, indirect costs, profits, taxes[4]. Measures cost is the human, material,machine costs as the base by a certain rate charged, and direct project costs direct costs of changes in labor cost, material cost, mechanical cost plays a main role to the high and low cost.
3.2 Comparison of direct cost between the prefabricated bamboo plywood wall panels and the traditional construction technology
3.2.1 Calculation of direct cost on prefabricated bamboo plywood wall panels
The prefabricated bamboo plywood wall panels are consisted from outside followed by bamboo plywood wall board, kraft paper, keel, sound-absorbing layer, insulating layer, moisture-proof layer, fireproof gypsum board.
（1）The cost of labor
Through the analysis of pricing software , the labor cost of the prefabricated bamboo plywood wall is calculated through decorative board wall ration and a member of automobile transportation (both in terms of a km) quota and external wall facing brick quota .
（2） The cost of materials
From the production process of prefabricated bamboo plywood wall panels ,we can see, the prefabricated bamboo plywood wall panels are consisted from outside followed by bamboo plywood wall board, kraft paper, keel, sound-absorbing layer, insulating layer, moisture-proof layer, fireproof gypsum board. They are calculated by Guang-Lian da software.
