我院采用自血光量子疗法治疗缺血性脑血管病,取得了显著疗效,并在治疗前后观察了血流变学的变化。根据45例统计结果显示:本疗法可使纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积、红细胞电泳较治疗前极显著下降(P<0.01)。可使全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、全血还原比粘度较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05)。本文认为自血光量子疗法治疗脑梗塞降低了血液的高浓、粘、聚状态,对血流变学有显著影响。
In our hospital, self-blood photon therapy is used to treat ischemic cerebrovascular disease, and remarkable curative effect has been achieved. Hemorrheological changes were observed before and after treatment. According to the results of 45 cases, the results showed that fibrinogen, hematocrit and erythrocyte electrophoresis were significantly decreased by this therapy (P <0.01). The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, whole blood reduction viscosity than before treatment decreased significantly (P <0.05). This paper argues that the treatment of cerebral infarction with blood photon therapy reduces the high concentration, viscosity and aggregation of blood and has a significant effect on hemorheology.
