中碳醇与高浓度的离子型表面活性剂(15%~30%)混合可制备O/W型微乳,分散质点为0.01~0.1μm。以高碳醇与低浓度离子型表面活性剂(0.6%~3%)为混合乳化剂,可制得内相体积为25%的苯乙烯在水中的微小乳状液(miniemulsion)粒子大小为0.1~0.4μm,与普通乳状液相比,具有颗粒小、分散均匀、稳定性高的特点。本文研究季胺盐等离子型表面活性剂与高碳醇混合乳化剂体系中制备微小乳状液的条件及其稳定机制。
O / W microemulsion can be prepared by mixing medium carbon alcohol with high concentration of ionic surfactant (15% ~ 30%). The dispersed particles are 0.01 ~ 0.1μm. The high molecular alcohol and low concentration of ionic surfactant (0.6% ~ 3%) as a mixed emulsifier can be obtained within 25% of the inner volume of styrene in water microemulsion particle size of 0.1 ~ 0.4μm, compared with the ordinary emulsion, with small particles, uniform dispersion, high stability characteristics. This article studies the quaternary ammonium salt plasma surfactant and high alcohol mixed emulsifier system preparation of microemulsion conditions and stability mechanism.
