目的 :分析MT1 MMP、MMP 2mRNA的表达与脑胶质瘤恶性程度和侵袭性之间的关系及其意义。方法 :采用原位杂交方法检测 4 2例人脑胶质瘤和 8例正常脑组织中MT1 MMP、MMP 2mRNA的表达。结果 :MT1 MMP、MMP 2mRNA的表达水平与肿瘤的级别呈正相关 (r=0 .875、0 .86 5 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ;Ⅲ~Ⅳ级脑胶质瘤组织与正常脑组织、Ⅰ~Ⅱ级脑胶质瘤组织之间标记指数差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;且MT1 MMPmRNA表达与MMP 2mRNA表达呈正相关 (r=0 .882 ,P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :MT1 MMP表达与脑胶质瘤的恶性程度和侵袭性有明显的关系 ;MT1 MMP与MMP 2在脑胶质瘤的侵袭过程中密切相关
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the relationship between the expression of MMP-2, MMP-2 mRNA and the malignant degree and invasiveness of glioma and its significance. Methods: MT1 MMP and MMP 2 mRNA expressions were detected by in situ hybridization in 42 human gliomas and 8 normal brain tissues. Results: The expression levels of MMP-2 and MMP-2 in MT1 were positively correlated with the tumor grade (r = 0.885, 0.86, P <0.01). The grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ glioma tissues were positively correlated with normal brain tissue, There was a significant difference in the labeling index of grade Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ glioma (P <0.01), and the expression of MT1 MMP mRNA was positively correlated with the expression of MMP 2 mRNA (r = 0.882, P <0.01) ). Conclusion: The expression of MT1 MMP has a clear relationship with the malignancy and invasiveness of glioma. MT1 MMP and MMP 2 are closely related to the invasion of glioma
