1 前言玻璃纤维毡增强热塑性复合材料(Glass Mat Reinforced Thermoplastics)简称GMT,是目前国际上极为活跃的复合材料开发品种。这是种以热塑性树脂为基体。以玻璃纤维毡为增强骨架的新颖、节能、轻质的复合材料,一般做成片状以半成品供应,也可直接加工成所需形状的产品供应。通常是二层玻璃纤维毡复合热塑料性树脂,纤维毡可以是短切或连续玻璃纤维毡,热塑性树脂基有通用塑料(聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯)、工程塑料(尼龙、聚酯等)、高性能塑料(聚醚醚酮等),用不同类型的玻璃纤维毡,不同的热塑性树脂基材可以组成多种GMT材料。
1 Introduction Glass Mat Reinforced Thermoplastics (GMT), abbreviated as GMT, is a very active composite material developed internationally. This is a kind of thermoplastic resin as the matrix.
