分别对桉木、竹子的造纸浆和溶解浆进行物化性能分析,并采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、X-射线衍射(WAXD)对其纤维素的晶体结构进行微观结构的表征。通过物化性能对比,溶解浆的α-纤维素含量高于造纸浆,高达95%以上,黏度、灰分、有机抽提物以及碱溶解度较小;由红外光谱(FTIR)结果显示溶解浆和造纸浆之间的红外结晶指数不同,主要是由于氢键结构发生变化;X-射线衍射分析结果可知,溶解浆和造纸浆的晶体结构不同,溶解浆的结晶度和晶粒尺寸较大。
The physicochemical properties of pulp and pulp from eucalyptus and bamboo were analyzed respectively. The microstructure of cellulose was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and X-ray diffraction (WAXD). Through the comparison of physico-chemical properties, the content of α-cellulose in dissolving pulp is higher than that of paper making pulp, up to 95%, and the viscosity, ash content, organic extract and alkali solubility are less. FTIR results show that dissolving pulp and pulp The difference of IR crystallinity index was mainly due to the change of hydrogen bond structure. The results of X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the crystal structures of dissolving pulp and paper pulp were different, and the crystallinity and grain size of dissolving pulp were larger.
