目前来讲,针对高校范围内的女子篮球教学训练普遍存在着这样的现象:女生参与训练的积极性相对较低,形成这种现象的原因主要是由于女生自身的身体素质较差以及怕苦畏难的实际情况,所以在这种情况下,适当地针对具体情况针对教学策略进行相关的调整是必然的选择,本文主要通过变换规则策略的实施来激发女生对于篮球的学习热情,同时也可以在很大程度上使得课堂教学气氛变得更加的活跃,最终达到提高女子篮球教学效果的目的。
