中国有色金属工业协会一届五次理事会于2005年3月24日在北京召开。康义会长在会上作了题为《牢固树立科学发展观,促进有色金属行业持续稳定和谐发展》的工作报告。报告分四个部分:一、2004年我国有色金属工业取得的主要成绩;二、2004年协会工作的回顾;三、2005年协会主要工作安排;四、2005年我国有色金属工业面临的形势及需要注意和把握的几个问题。因篇幅所限,本刊现将报告的第三部分、第四部分刊发如下。
China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association Fifth Council on March 24, 2005 held in Beijing. At the meeting, President Kang Yi made a working report titled “Firmly Establish Scientific Outlook on Development and Promote Sustainable, Stable and Harmonious Development of Nonferrous Metals Industry”. The report is divided into four parts: First, the major achievements made by China’s non-ferrous metal industry in 2004; Second, review of the work of the Association in 2004; Third, the main work arrangements of the Association in 2005; Fourth, the situation and needs of China’s non-ferrous metal industry in 2005 Pay attention to and grasp a few questions. Due to space constraints, the publication of the third part of the report, the fourth part is published below.
