我国近年来,在国家扶持政策和市场机遇的刺激下,各类社会化的养老机构纷纷出现。然而,就在养老产业日益成为资本竞相追逐的“朝阳产业”的同时,公立养老院一床难求,城乡之间、大城市与中小城市之间养老资源分布不均衡、养老专业护理人员短缺、管理水平低下等问题都逐渐暴露出来。我们要通过建筑改造的设计方法将养老建筑目前存在的问题慢慢消化。
