江西新钢集团公司工会办公室陆婷报道新钢集团公司运输部创新民主管理有新举措:成立员工代表听证委员会,化解矛盾,增强员工对企业的认同感。作为一家有着近1400人的行车单位,工作性质和职责要求对夯实基础管理和基层管理提出了更高的要求。针对员工队伍中存在的各种心理诉求,运输部于今年初成立了“员工代表听证委员会”制度。为了这项制度的建立,运输部进行了多次调研,在充分听取大家意见后并经过公示最终形成工作方案。听证会遵循“公开、公平、公正、客观、不重复听证”这五项原则,由60人组成听证委员会,成员包括公司级

He established a hearing committee for employee representatives to resolve conflicts and enhance employees’ sense of identity with enterprises. As a driving unit with nearly 1,400 people, the nature of work and the requirements of duties put forward higher requirements for compaction of basic management and grassroots management. In response to the various psychological demands of the workforce, the Ministry of Transport set up the “Employee Representative Hearings Committee” system earlier this year. In order to establish this system, the Ministry of Transport conducted a number of investigations and made public its final plan of work after fully listening to the opinions of all the people. The hearing follows the five principles of “openness, fairness, fairness, objectivity and non-repetition of hearings”, and a hearing committee of 60 members is formed.
